As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on what has been quietly integrating through AtmanWay’s work. At the same time, holding the realities of our precarious geopolitical situations and the tensions running through the system at all levels.
Over the past months, our shared inquiry — What if the highest calling of Leadership is Peace? — has taken on greater clarity and depth. Through Wisdom Dialogue Day, the ongoing Wisdom Dialogue Circles, and many more conversations beyond them, we have been creating spaces to sense into what this moment is asking of us as leaders, as agents of change, and as human beings.
At the same time, another thread has been weaving itself alongside this work. As we have been listening into Peace, we have also been tending to, nurturing, and midwifing a vital new initiative around Heart Leadership — work dedicated to supporting leaders in integrating Head, Heart, and Hand as they navigate complexity, fragmentation, and responsibility in the World.
In early 2026, we will begin unveiling our first education program in this area: the initial Heart Wisdom Leadership courses. These courses have emerged through years of dialogue, reflection, and collaboration, and feel like a natural next step in how AtmanWay serves leaders in these times.
Below are three windows into where we are now — what we have been learning, what we are offering, and how this work is being carried forward.

Continuing to Surface What Emerged

This year’s Wisdom Dialogue Day was a rare and powerful gathering. Over 24 hours, leaders, thinkers, and wisdom keepers from across the World came together to explore Peace as a lived responsibility — shaping how we listen, relate, and lead in times of profound transition.
What unfolded was an extraordinary wealth of insight. Conversations moved across inner Stillness and Presence, the role of Leadership in times of fragmentation, responsibility toward Humanity and Mother Earth, and the choices shaping our shared future.
Since the live gathering, our focus has been on carefully surfacing and curating what emerged — as a way of making sense of this remarkable day and offering its Wisdom back to the community as a learning resource.

Heart Wisdom Leadership — A First Glimpse
|
|
|
Out of years of dialogue, collaboration, and shared inquiry, Heart Wisdom Leadership has been taking shape as part of a larger initiative and movement within AtmanWay.
This work brings together an unusually rich and diverse field of contributors — including Wisdom keepers, visionaries, change makers, scholars, scientists, and experienced leaders working in real-world contexts. More than fifteen individuals from across disciplines and traditions have contributed to shaping this program
The courses weave together:
- Wisdom traditions, including Daoism, Hinduism, Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, Sufism, Judaism, Kabbalah, and Indigenous lineages
- New-paradigm sciences, including quantum physics, neuroscience, systems change, and heart-field research
- Lived leadership experience from changemakers, educators, and practitioners across sectors
Structured as two foundational courses, Heart Wisdom Leadership supports leaders who feel called to cultivate coherence, discernment, and responsibility — integrating Head, Heart, and Hand in how they lead and serve.

Carrying the Work Into the World
|
|
|
Alongside Dialogue and education, this past year has seen AtmanWay’s work entering new conversations and learning environments.
In October, we joined leaders from multiple disciplines in India at Mahatma Gandhi University for the international conference Towards a Sustainable Future: Scientists and Sages Meet, offering reflections on Wisdom and Consciousness Change: A Leadership Perspective on Peace.
More recently, Paolo served as a guest lecturer at Ubiquity University within the course Great Books, presenting a two-part teaching on Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior by Chögyam Trungpa. These sessions explored Leadership, agency, and responsibility through the lens of the peaceful warrior’s path, offering guidance for personal, social, and global transformation.

Together, these engagements reflect a growing resonance around Leadership grounded in Wisdom, Presence, and care for Life — and AtmanWay’s role in offering spaces where insight can move into practice.
