BIO Vivien Leung

Vivien is a transdisciplinary practitioner working at the intersection of design, social science, and spiritual inquiry. With over a decade of experience across cultures — including nearly ten years in Japan — she brings a nuanced sensitivity to perception, presence, and systems change. Her path has been shaped by a deep curiosity and a commitment to serving the whole, guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through complexity with clarity and awareness.

Vivien’s approach is grounded in experiential learning and co-creative exploration. She has trained in social arts with Kelvy Bird and Arawana Hayashi, systemic constellations with Jenny Mackewn, resonant healing with Sarah Peyton, and is a Warm Data Lab Host influenced by the work of Nora Bateson. Her creative work includes experimental storytelling with the Columbia Digital Storytelling Lab community.

Her current practice blends systems sensing, embodiment, and relational design to support personal and collective transformation. She helps others align inner intention with outer action, cultivating attentiveness and resilience in times of uncertainty.

Vivien sees the unknown not as a void, but as a space of generative potential. As she puts it: “When your intention is to serve the whole, you allow the social field to direct your journey.”
