BIO Russ Speer

Russ Speer is a passionate environmental advocate, coach, and systems thinker dedicated to ecological restoration and climate resilience. He is a Principal Member of the EcoRestoration Alliance, Co‑Founder of Water Holistic West, LLC, and serves as an Ambassador for REDES—the Network for Ecological and Social Regeneration. Across these roles, Russ helps catalyze large-scale watershed restoration, rehydration of landscapes, and regenerative practices that empower both ecosystems and communities.

With experience in agency, nonprofit, and in-house environments, Russ brings a strategic lens to stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and organizational development. He specializes in identifying energy flow—where it’s blocked, where it thrives—and helping individuals and teams realign with their mission and values to unlock transformative impact.

Russ also serves on the advisory board of Bio4Climate and the board of the Valley Land Alliance, amplifying his commitment to biodiversity, local agriculture, and water-centered climate solutions. Through coaching, facilitation, and public speaking, he equips changemakers to move from awareness to aligned action.
