Robi Morisi began practicing yoga in 1992 under the guidance of a renowned Keralan yogacharya, immersing herself in traditional Indian yoga for 17 years. Parallel to her yoga journey, she graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, specializing in heritage conservation, while deepening her studies in meditation and mindfulness. Robi’s teaching style is shaped by her studies with internationally respected teachers such as Andrea Boni, Piero Vivarelli, and Dhugal Meachem, embracing diverse Hatha Yoga styles including Anusara, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga.
Her encounter with Vipassana meditation and the Dharma tradition began in 2002 with Corrado Pensa, whose teachings, along with those of Neva Papachristou, continue to deeply influence her practice. Robi meditates daily and integrates mindfulness, breath work, and Hatha Yoga in her classes and retreats.
In 2010, she founded Yogagea in Piacenza, where she offers yoga, mindfulness, and Vipassana seminars. She holds an academic qualification as a Mindfulness-Based Instructor from the University of Pisa and contributes articles to the A.Me.Co journal. Robi has authored two books: Yoga Semplicemente (co-written with Alexandra van Oosterum and Daniela Serra) and Ganesha chi? The Myth in Yoga, both published by Tip.le.co.
She is currently training as a Dharma teacher within the Theravāda tradition, continuing her lifelong dedication to contemplative wisdom and embodied practice.
