Rachel Hentsch is a communicator, facilitator, and systems thinker working at the intersection of social transformation, narrative strategy, and collective sense-making. Drawing on over 15 years of experience across international institutions, philanthropic networks, and grassroots initiatives, she helps leaders and teams orient to complexity with coherence and care.

A certified Warm Data host, Rachel has hosted numerous People Need People (PNP) practice sessions, cultivating relational insight and transcontextual awareness. She collaborates with organizations including the Presencing Institute, the International Bateson Institute, and other ecosystems of change, supporting strategic communications, emergent facilitation, and storytelling for systems impact.

Fluent in English, French, and Italian, and culturally at ease across diverse contexts, Rachel is known for her ability to hold space with both lightness and depth. Her facilitation bridges the poetic and the practical—offering moments of clarity amidst complexity, and helping teams attend to what is trying to emerge.

At Wisdom Dialogue Day, Rachel co-hosts the Listening & Sensing Circles—spaces designed to attune to the living dynamics of the field, where silence meets speech and new patterns of collective wisdom can be heard.
