BIO Nicholas Janni

Nicholas Janni is an internationally acclaimed teacher, consultant, and author, known for his groundbreaking work at the intersection of leadership, presence, and human potential. With over 30 years of experience, he works with CEOs and senior leadership teams across the globe and teaches at two of the world’s top business schools.

He began his career as a theatre director and faculty member at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, leading research into peak performance and the “zone” state. His deep studies in Eastern and Western spiritual traditions, psychology, and trauma healing now inform his holistic approach to leadership.

In January 2023, Nicholas co-founded Matrix Development and serves as its Programme Director. This new platform advances transformative leadership practices that integrate mind, heart, and body for meaningful systemic change.

His award-winning book, Leader as Healer, calls for a new paradigm of leadership grounded in presence, relational intelligence, and expanded consciousness. Nicholas helps individuals and organizations address personal, ancestral, and collective trauma, restoring wholeness and unlocking their highest potential. He believes true leadership arises from integration and purpose—qualities urgently needed in our rapidly changing world.
