Natalija Vojno Healer | Seeker | Weaver

Natalija Vojno is a peace innovator, mediator, and facilitator with a decade of experience supporting diverse groups in navigating complex environmental and social challenges. Her multi-partial approach helps communities, institutions, and networks uncover shared values and co-create actionable pathways forward. Trained in advanced mediation, cross-cultural dialogue, and negotiation, she has supported alignment across sectors—from Great Lakes watershed campaigns to Nile River governance dialogues.

Natalija previously served as speechwriter to Ontario’s Minister of the Environment and was a founding member of the Water Youth Network, where she created platforms for youth collaboration in global water diplomacy. She has spoken at the UN High-Level Political Forum and advised UNEP’s Faith for Earth Youth Council. Her peacebuilding initiative Naša Gora fosters reconciliation and environmental action in the Balkans.

Holding degrees from the University of Toronto, UNESCO-IHE, and ICU (as a Rotary Peace Fellow), her academic and professional background spans water governance, policy design, and participatory methodologies. Currently Director of Business Development at RainGrid, she champions democratized and decentralized solutions for urban water resilience.

Rooted in post-war Bosnia & Herzegovina and raised by Toronto’s Humber River, Natalija brings deep commitment to social cohesion and planetary well-being.
