I have a long-standing corporate background and am a catalyst for change from the inside out. I invite our invisible inner worlds to show up, look with fresh eyes, attune to our environment, and act from a new state of mind. My experience lies in aligning our being and doing worlds. Everything is energy. I work with the life force in people and ecosystems. One of those ecosystems is the balancing of Help2Heal Europe.

I am a core member of The Hague Center for Global Governance, Innovation and Emergence , where I contribute to systemic and regenerative transformation.

With over 30 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, and coach, I support individuals, teams, and organizations in navigating profound cultural and organizational change. My career has included international roles at the United Nations (UNDP), IBM, Iglo, and Berenschot, and work with clients such as ING and Philips. I integrate innovative social technologies, embodied leadership, and frameworks like Spiral Dynamics Integral to enable higher consciousness and impact in business and society.

My mission is to help align people, planet, and purpose—supporting deep transformation through energy, awareness, and intentional action.
