His rich corporate background, including more than a decade at BIC Group where he served as Managing Director at BIC Graphic, gave him a grounded understanding of leadership in complex systems.

Since 2008, Liberto had been fully dedicated to leadership development. He continued his own inner work through the Teachings of the Delicate Lodge, a wisdom tradition he had followed since 2009. He walked his own path of transformation with humility and deep commitment.
