Inner Resilience Network Founder & Director
Jul A. Bystrova Teacher | Writer | Earth Healer

Jul is the co-founder of the Inner Resilience Network and former director of the Era of Care project, supporting communities in crisis. With over 25 years of experience in community activism and a thriving private practice in trauma-informed mind-body healing, she brings a unique blend of practical engagement and academic insight. An ordained Interfaith minister, interdisciplinary researcher, and on-the-ground activist, Jul is dedicated to intercultural healing, psycho-spiritual integration, and the rights of nature.

She collaborates with organizations, wellness centers, and schools to foster environments of healing, understanding, and connection. Through facilitated dialogues and inclusive programming, she helps bridge diverse worldviews and support collective resilience.

Jul’s academic work explores the intersection of science and spirituality, especially in the realms of health and consciousness. She develops curricula, teaches courses, and hosts events focused on regenerative living and inner transformation.

Her approach integrates biological science with the more subtle dimensions of belief, awareness, and consciousness. She believes that real healing involves a shift in perception and presence—and that it begins from within.

Jul is available for speaking engagements, workshops, and consulting projects that align with values of integration, transformation, and deep systemic change.
