Gino Cocchella Wisdom Keeper | Healer | Guide

Don Gino Chaka-Runa is a Peruvian Curandero from the highlands of Puno, carrying profound ancestral knowledge from both the Andes and the Amazon. Initiated into shamanism at the age of 15 by his grandfather—a revered Inka Yatiri—Don Gino was named Chaka-Runa, Quechua for “The Bridge Man,” symbolizing his role as a connector between worlds, cultures, and spiritual realms.

Trained in the sacred traditions of Mestizo Maestros like Don Solon Tello, Don Guillermo Hojanama, and Don José Campos, as well as Shipibo elders, he has mastered the art of working with Plant Medicines such as Ayahuasca, Kambo, Rapé, Mapacho, Sananga, and Master Plant Dietas. His ceremonies are guided by powerful Icaros in Quechua, Shipibo, and Spanish, creating a unique healing vibration.

Don Gino facilitates deep healing retreats in the Peruvian Amazon, Sacred Valley, and around the world. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, he bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding, offering safe, heart-centered spaces for spiritual awakening. Known for his humility, authenticity, and care, Don Gino’s mission is to help individuals reconnect with their true essence through love, presence, and sacred medicine.
