BIO Aleka Vial de Grenade

Aleka Vial is a journalist, editor, and thought leader from Chile, with a career spanning over two decades in Latin American media and advisory roles. She is the co-founder and president of Fundación Hypatia, a nonprofit organization committed to awakening an ethical-ecological-spiritual consciousness in public and private sectors.

Since 1999, Aleka has worked at the intersection of storytelling, human development, and cultural transformation. Through Fundación Hypatia, founded in 2014, she promotes spiritual intelligence, feminine leadership, and regenerative values to support a transition from an industrial-anthropocentric culture to an ecocentric, life-centered paradigm.

Her organization offers talks, workshops, and retreats to universities, communities, and institutions, integrating heart-based intelligence and spiritual awareness into leadership, education, and collective life. Aleka’s work uplifts the role of feminine wisdom in reshaping the future of economics, politics, and environmental stewardship.

Since 2015 she has curated a special series of interviews with global visionaries aligned with this vision.
