The Heart Wisdom Leadership program is designed to integrate meaningfully into professional and personal life, without fixed schedules or deadlines.

Each module includes:
• Two recorded 1-hour lecture sessions, accessible on demand
• Curated readings and reflective prompts (optional)

In addition, participants are invited to join an optional monthly live online session (approx. 60-90 minutes) with faculty and learning community, supporting dialogue, integration, and shared inquiry.

All learning materials remain accessible throughout the program, allowing participants to engage at a rhythm that supports depth rather than speed.

Participation in the program is open to everyone and does not require pursuing academic certification.

For participants who wish to receive formal recognition, an optional certification pathway is available upon completion of the full program.

Certification is based on the submission of a Capstone Submission (written paper or creative project) that integrates learning, reflection, and application.
