Heart Wisdom Leadership is designed as a deep learning journey rather than a time-bound course. Participants progress at their own pace, with an emphasis on integration rather than speed of completion. The effective length of time devoted to study is subjective, and varies from participant to participant.
The program is designed to support flexible and self-directed engagement. Time commitment varies depending on individual interests, learning style, and whether participants choose to pursue the optional certification pathway.
All learning materials are accessible on demand, with no fixed deadlines, allowing participants to engage at a rhythm that fits their professional and personal lives.
You may enroll in one course only (Course A or Course B). It is not mandatory to enroll in the full program from the outset. If you complete one course and later decide to continue, you may enroll in the second course at a later stage.
Heart Wisdom Leadership is designed as a rigorous learning program that integrates academic inquiry with experiential, reflective, and wisdom-based approaches. Participants may engage purely for personal and leadership development, or choose to pursue the optional certification pathway.
Participants seeking certification are required to submit one Capstone Submission, in one of the following formats:
Written Papers:
a 20–25 page written paper per course, or
a 40–45 page written paper covering the entire program.
Creative projects
Creative projects (such as video-based submissions) may be accepted, subject to prior agreement with AtmanWay.
Submissions must include a cover page stating the participant’s name, project title, course title, and date.
Written papers are expected to follow APA 7 style and include appropriate references.
Each Capstone Submission is expected to demonstrate:
Objective understanding of the program content,
Subjective insight into the participant’s lived and interior experience
Engagement with required readings
Application of learning within the participant’s work-life and leadership context.
Capstone Submissions are assessed by AtmanWay core faculty Dr. Györgyi Szabó and Dr. Paolo Morley-Fletcher, on behalf of the Certification Committee. AtmanWay reserves the right to base certification on the Committee’s evaluation of overall course completion.
Program fees vary depending on whether you enroll in the full program or in a single course. Current pricing and any special launch conditions are listed on the Register page.
