Ursula Lotti Kopp
Keeper | Pilgrim | Luminary
Ursula Lotti Kopp‘s life has been a quiet but persistent navigation between the outer world of culture and organizations — and the inner world of stillness and transformation.
Her professional path began with a deep love of books and literature, working as a librarian at the University Library in Bern — a role that nurtured her lifelong curiosity about ideas, cultures, and the human story. From there, her journey took her through working with SuperComputing, a pioneering technology company based in Zurich, and leading a research laboratory. Corporate training and consulting — in leadership, change management, and AI — have also been part of her professional landscape.
Yet running beneath all of this, like a quiet stream, has been the inner path. For decades, Ursula has been a practitioner and teacher of Hatha Yoga and, with particular depth, of Yoga Nidra, rooted in the Siddha Yoga lineage. Early in this journey, she was part of an international yoga organization, co-creating large retreats and gatherings across Europe, including in Montreux.
Through Good Life Academy Sagl, this dual path finds one of its most natural expressions: conscious travel experiences for small groups — immersive journeys to culturally and spiritually rich destinations, designed not as tours but as living experiments in encounter with the world and with oneself.
Ursula is based near Lake Lugano, Switzerland, and speaks German, Italian, and English.
