BIO Carlo Fontana Giusti

Carlo is an executive coach, facilitator, and professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at leading international business schools across Europe and the Middle East. In 2011, he founded Facilitation Zone, a consultancy focused on Cultural Transformation, Training & Development, and Executive and Team Coaching. Since then, he has worked with more than 110 companies and organizations across multiple industries and countries.

His work integrates leadership development, organizational transformation, and dialogue-based learning, helping leaders and teams create greater alignment, trust, and sustainable change. Fluent in English, French, and Italian, Carlo facilitates complex conversations across cultures and organizational contexts with a style that combines strategic clarity and human depth.

Before founding Facilitation Zone, Carlo worked at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients in banking, energy, media, telecommunications, travel, and logistics on strategy, organization, turnaround, and business development. Earlier in his career, he served as a Lieutenant in the Italian Guardia di Finanza and also worked as a professional theatre actor, experiences that continue to shape his presence and facilitation approach.

Carlo holds an MSc in Statistics and Economics, an MBA from INSEAD, an MA in Counseling and Expressive Art Therapy, and several international coaching and cultural transformation certifications.
