After a successful 29-year career at PwC, including more than 17 years as a Partner, she built a reputation for leading complex international projects, cultivating trusted relationships, and thriving in a dynamic global business environment. While achieving professional success, she also began exploring deeper questions about purpose, fulfillment, and the nature of human potential.

A pivotal turning point led her on an extensive journey of self-discovery and inner transformation. Drawing from neuroscience, positive psychology, contemplative wisdom traditions, systems thinking, and experiential practices, she explored how awareness, compassion, and authenticity can reshape the way people lead, relate, and create.
