BIO María José Sánchez Yago

María José Sánchez Yago is a business humanist, executive coach, speaker, and founder of Creatia Human, an organization dedicated to developing humanistic leadership in companies and institutions. For more than twenty years, she has worked with presidents, CEOs, and senior executives to help organizations align purpose, people, and sustainable performance.

With an interdisciplinary background in telecommunications engineering, psychology, philosophy, humanities, and sustainability, she brings together strategic vision, technological understanding, and deep human insight. She teaches and collaborates with international business schools including ISDI and IMD Switzerland, working in multicultural and global environments.

Her work has contributed to leadership transformation processes in organizations such as MAPFRE, Santander, Telefónica, BP, Exolum, SACYR, and Inditex. Passionate about the role of business in creating a more human future, she is also committed to promoting STEAM vocations and increasing the visibility of women in technology. In 2023, she received the Pioneras_IT award at the Spanish Congress of Deputies.

As a speaker, author, and lifelong learner, she advocates for a more conscious, humane, and sustainable model of leadership.
