BIO Richard Barrett

Richard Barrett is internationally recognised as a leading authority on organisational leadership and personal, cultural, and societal transformation. As President of the Barrett Academy for the Advancement of Human Values® and Founder of the Barrett Values Centre®, he has devoted his career to understanding the deeper motivations of human consciousness by integrating organisational culture, psychology, spirituality, and the evolution of societal worldviews.

This interdisciplinary research led to the creation of the Seven Levels of Consciousness Model, internationally known as the Barrett Model, now adopted by organisations and leaders around the world to foster values-driven cultures, conscious leadership, and sustainable human development.
