Jason Ighani is a coach, team development specialist, and somatic psychotherapist in training and with over 14 years of experience in the international development and humanitarian fields. He hasas dedicated his professional career to humanizing and optimizing the world of work, especially for those devoting their lives to the betterment of the world.

He is the founder and CEO of The Humanitarian Coaching Network, a global community of coaches that provides large scale individual and group coaching support for humanitarian and development staff, particularly those serving in the most isolated and complex duty stations, and those that have been historically underserved for such services.

His individual coaching and therapeutic practice focuses on creating healing spaces and experiences for men. He is the founder of Men At Pinetree, a retreat series focused on supporting men in strengthening their capacity for authentic connection and the co-host of Two Watermelons in a Sack, a podcast exploring the inner lives of men and the parts of it we rarely talk about.

He is currently based in Costa Rica.
