Home for Humanity Co-Founder
Alexander Schieffer Educator | Poet | Philosopher

Alexander Schieffer is an internationally recognized transformative educator, integral philosopher, poet, and social innovator. He is  the co-founder of Home for Humanity, a living campus in rural France near Geneva, dedicated to co-creating a world that serves as a home for all life. He also co-founded TRANS4M Academy for Integral Transformation, a global movement uniting scholar-practitioners in addressing injustice and trauma through culturally rooted, holistic development.

A professor at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and Da Vinci Institute (South Africa), Alexander teaches Integral Development and Self and Societal Transformation. With a doctorate in leadership personality, his academic journey is deeply grounded in real-world experience spanning banking, media, publishing, and community building across continents.

Together with Professor Ronnie Lessem, he developed the Integral Worlds approach, a framework for personal, organizational, and societal transformation. Alexander’s publications include Integral Development, Integral Economics, and Transformation Management, along with literary works in English, German, and Portuguese.

He is renowned for his interactive “transformances”—poetic performances that awaken creative consciousness—and was honored with the Visionary Leadership Award by Visioneers International Network in 2020. In 2023, he joined the Evolutionary Leaders, a global circle of thought leaders advancing a shift in consciousness.
