BIO Marti Spiegelman

Marti Spiegelman is a leadership advisor, visionary, and founder of Shaman’s Light™, a professional training program that guides individuals into mastery of full consciousness through indigenous technologies and contemporary innovation. With over four decades of specialized training in indigenous systems of consciousness—combined with studies in biochemistry, neurophysiology, psychology, and anthropology—Marti is dedicated to evolving leadership and societal systems through conscious awareness.

She is a Board Member of the Andean Research Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of the 1Earth Institute. Marti holds degrees from Harvard (BA, Biochemistry) and Yale (MFA, Graphic Design) and spent 20 years as president of her own design firm before transitioning fully into conscious leadership work.

Marti has developed and taught several pioneering programs including The Conscious CxO™ and Conscious Trading™, integrating principles of consciousness into business, finance, and governance. She has been a Fellow at REX (Relationship Economy eXpedition), a TEDx Berkeley presenter, and was named 2010 Executive Professional of the Year by the Cambridge Registry.
