Pino Bethencourt Gallagher is a coach, consultant, and entrepreneur dedicated to leadership development, with a particular focus on the Alpha Female model. With over 20 years of experience coaching individuals and organizations, she helps leaders connect with their authentic power, develop emotional intelligence, and lead from presence and wisdom—especially in challenging times.

Before becoming a coach, Pino was an executive in two multinational companies. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ETSII and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. Her analytical mindset and deep curiosity led her to study the unconscious roots of human behavior, learning that 90% of our actions stem from instincts more akin to wild mammals than rational humans.

Drawing inspiration from the natural world, Pino believes animals demonstrate exemplary leadership daily to survive—offering powerful lessons for humans. She challenges the traditional alpha male paradigm of leadership defined by profit and dominance, instead advocating for emotionally skilled, conscious, and responsive leadership as embodied by the alpha female.
